Job Description
We are seeking a talented and experienced ServiceNow CMDB and ITOM lead to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and CMDB/CSDM and ITOM processes within the ServiceNow platform.
- Design and implement ServiceNow CMDB/CSDM and ITOM solutions to support our customer’s business needs and objectives;
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define CMDB and ITOM strategies aligned with business goals;
- Configure ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping modules;
- Integrate CMDB with other ServiceNow modules;
- Provide technical leadership and guidance during CMDB and ITOM implementation projects;
- Supervise developers, ensuring quality and timely delivery of development tasks;
- Conduct hands-
development
- Discovery and Service Mapping modules, including pattern customization and development.
Qualifications
- Good knowledge and understanding of IT environments (onPrem + Cloud-based);
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in CMDB, Discovery and Service Mapping is highly preferred;
- Minimum of 5 years of experience designing and implementing ServiceNow CMDB and ITOM solutions in enterprise environments;
- Strong understanding of ITIL principles, ITSM processes, and IT operations;
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues;
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization;
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously;
