As a DAE, you will combine your deep knowledge of our process data analytics platform with a general understanding of process industry to functionally support our customers. As part of the Customer Success team within TrendMiner, the DAE position is a highly customer-facing role, where you will have the chance to interact with industrial process experts from around the world, and across a wide variety of industries (Chemicals, Food & Beverage, Petrochemicals, Oil & Gas, Discrete Manufacturing, …). Our mission is to ensure our customers get a high return on investment from obtaining and using the TrendMiner platform. Most interactions with our customers will take the form of remote sessions, but occasionally (up to 25% overall) you will need to travel to interact with our face-to-face.
In this role, you will provide to our customers, ensuring they maximize the value of Coldstream.
