Als planner productie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het plannen van de verschillende onderhoudstaken voor een trein. Op deze manier draag je bij tot het vlot verloop van het productie- en onderhoudsproces voor onze treinen, zodat reizigers op elk moment kunnen rekenen op perfect onderhouden treinen.
Je zorgt ook voor het correctief en evolutionair onderhoud van de toepassingen die door je team in productie worden gebracht.
De opvolging van en rapportering over de componenten die van jouw team in productie draaien. - Het opvolgen van problemen in productie die gemeld worden door de business. - Het zoeken naar de oorzaak en mogelijke oplossingen voor de problemen in productie en dit samen met het ontwikkelteam. - Het testen en valideren van "fixes" voor problemen in productie.
