Ensure close interface with QA, CS Compliance and CPLO teams. * Coordinate and/or participate in the implementation of new regulatory standards within CPLO processes. * Represent the interests of the CPLO teams, serve in multidisciplinary Compliance project teams, working closely with other in a cooperative way to ensure project progression

Respect voor ITIL/Change Proces: Onderhoudsactiviteiten plannen volgens de gepreciseerde “roll out requests” en niet overeengekomen productie-impact uitsluiten. * De datacenter manager adviseren in verband met toekomstige investeringen in de infrastructuur, om de productie in werking te houden voor toekomstige behoeften.

Perform the QA review of deviation notifications, retrieve and collect supportive information from involved stakeholders (the company Vendor Team, GQL, ILA, ALO, Business) to allow assessment. * Manage the key performance indicators (metrics) for key operational QA activities and services associated with the vendors in the defined described tracking tools ( QA KPI tracker, Spider Impact) and track the 's performance * Ensure all Quality agreements are in place and take ownership of agreements for the vendors.
